Pending labor certification application in PBEC? or this only applies to people who have approved labor, approved I-140 or both?

So if the kid gets his GC and you do too because he, like many other kids, are removed from the queue, is that a problem or a good thing?

At least Bush Administration was sympathetic to our cause. Everyone knows Durban & how he has lately tried to screw Indian community and Obama is a good friend of Durban. Now Democrats are in majority , why have they not fought for your cause ? There was an idiot congressman in IV Dc rally who was talking about making all illegals legal from IV stage. So what else u can expect ?
Come out of Obama Dreams & fantasy world. Obama is not good for us. He is good for illegals and any immigrant who is aspiring a blue collar job. They don't want you & me taking white collar jobs. Is there premium for I485?
I am not a lawyer but as far as I know there is no Premium for 485. They mentioned they will want to do it at some point in the future but it is not yet available for this application.

You are in the EB3 category, do you ever wonder why somebody who is more educated than you or me, makes more money? Can we say, hey you I was born in 1890 I should make more money, it does not fly, EB3 is not a reflection on your skills but more the job you hold.
The question you should ask is why have EB1, 2, 3, etc?
Why do you not include the family based categories, isn't family first, why not the EB spill over to to FB first then whatever trickles down comes to EB, is not this fair? I am sure there are a lot in the FB queue who have waited for longer than you. Now dont tell you you are better than FB because you are highly skilled, pay taxes, etc.

For all those who are waiting...I would suggest one more thing, if your file is not touched. My lawyer had sent an email to NSC on Aug 2. I believe that along with my SR might have done the trick.....Sheela Murthy was my lawyer....that too might have helped....Who know what works....but we can all try.....Hope all who are stuck, get their GC by end of this month.

Oct 09 bulletin indicates jan 22 2005, they should have Visa numbers atleast to cover all the 2004 eb2 in september.How they can calculate so accurately, I am guessing that there could be some more extra visas that may be available at the end of September.If that is not happening then visa numbers could be lost. For eg: If some 2004 cases are not approved by the end of the month for what ever reasons then there will be some visas available which may advance visa dates furthur. So the big question is what will USCIS do with still left visas? Will they approve beyond 5 Jan 2005,with out bulletin being current or just waste Visas?

i was not able to attend the IV rally..emergency reasons..but still its fair for me to suffer..
its highly unlikely we can see a reform. I agree with logiclife's post..we deserve what we are getting into..
of the 800K applications u saw applying for AOS..even if 10K had come to DC rally it'd made a huge diff..
we all do line up for GCs like herds but dont have the guts to attend..
i know of so many ppl who say "all this rally is ridiculous".. and i dont pity them those who wait for 10 years..becoz u deserve to suffer and will continually suffer..

of the 800K applications u saw applying for AOS..even if 10K had come to DC rally it'd made a huge diff..
