that dates being current is not an indication of you getting your GC. The dates have to be current for a long time for you to see the approval.
It is very unfortunate that your lives can be tied to this dates circus. :(
Well, I understand that. But, when the stars line up finally, I don't want to see my application having problems because I used a pre-approved labor.

Man...in what category they gave you the GC. Is it for your good Gelf english or for your analytical skill. Did you consider the new borns before concluding 'In 1-2 years every one wil be finished.' Come with more ammo (means more Ammunition and dont come with more girls) :eek:

If your case is genuinely true then you should not have a issue scanning the RFE as is and posting it . You can take out your name and personal info but leave everything else intact if you want to. Also did you contact IV members like Pappu if you really need help. If you indeed got this kind of RFE then you should not hesitate to contact them.

How many years of years of W-2 form copies do we need to attach, when we file I-485 applications?
There is no definate answer,but in general lawyers ask for last three W2 with last three paystubs plus last three years returns filing copy.

Sorry to have to say this but they will probably reject your application. Signature is the most important thing they look for in any application.

Some employees of my client company who filed their AOS in june did so without signing a single piece of paper and already got their RNs and FP's done as well.
There are a few things to see if what your lawyer did was correct:
1) Did he ask you to write him/her an email/letter authorizing them to sign on your behalf
2) Your company has your facsimile signatures or signature stamps.

My lawyer advises that there's no point in sending information to USCIS unless they ask for it, or is required by law or regulations. The chances of such unsolicited information making it to your files, or being acted upon are slim to none. If you wish, you could send the AC21 information on your own. Retaining a lawyer to send this information, and paying them a few hundred bucks to do so is sheer waste of money, in my opinion. There's no guarantee that it will avoid an RFE. USCIS does not have the time or resources to process unsolicited information. You should hire a lawyer (and have them submit a G-28) if you wish to transfer your representation to a new lawyer, and tell them that they are being retained to respond to RFEs and such. This "AC21 letter" thing is something that lawyers have come up with...its not necessary, and even if it is, you can do it yourself...all you need is an employment verification letter from your new employer.

I called uscis and they have asked me to refile I-765. They said they will issue new EAD with extended dates. Not sure how long will it take. And i dont believe issuing 3 month EAD was intentional. They probbaly wont have any idea when the 485 would be adjudicated when they approve EAD.

company A applied for my GC. They cant provide me jobs.
I am working with company B as a contractor (corp to corp with company A and B).. project will finish in a month. already did not work for 12 months even though my I-485 is pending with company A.
now company B offered me to work perm with them by using EAD. while my H1b renewal is pending with company A.
can I work with B while A is still my sponsoring company.
my Q is once h1b approves lets say in a month and renewal for 1 year( can I work with B with EAD for like another 6-8 months and then go out and reenter for H1b with A?

Even though the form looks similar, G-325A requires 4 copies where G-325 has only 2 copies. I was almost about to make the same mistake.

US has been in number 1 in the past, moved to 2nd spot for a couple of years, in the world competitiveness rankings. The main reason was because of the huge current account deficit and negative savings (mainly federal deficit) which is a threat to the US competitiveness. China moved down due to corruption etc. India moved up but any further movement will depend on structural reforms, especially controlling the huge public service and red-tape and a creaking infrastructure - power, roads, ports, water supply - all of which are run by the government. The health services in large parts of India is dismal and so is the public education system (K-12). With the left firmly controlling the ruling party, deregulation is slow and insipid, and it is the private sector which is basically contributing to the GDP and Competitiveness. I am currently working for an employer A full time on H-1 B. I-140 Approved (> 180days) and 485 pending (July 2nd filer). I have my EAD. My H-1 is being extended and I have not received my approval notice yet.
